Our drip tapes are flat hoses diameter 16mm with a unique construction of drippers inside in constant distance of outlet holes on the tapes.
This construction reduces the pressure of water inside the hose and allows the water to drip out with no pressure.
This design also keeps the flow rate of water from every outlet on the hose uniform.
We offer 2 types of drip tape , depending on the inside construction :
1. Pieces tape: with smaller drippers inside, excellent uniformity, less cost.
2. Line tape: with a line of reduce pressure construction in the hose, excellent uniformity, further less cost.
Advantages & benefits of our drip tape system:
1. Excellent uniformity at 0.8-1.2 bar (12-14 psi) (97% EU, 98% CU, 2.5-3% Cv)
2. Individual inside filter in each inlet of dripper.
3. High clogging resistance, long time to use.
4. Improve not only crop yield & quality but also disease control.
5. Excellent resistant to chemicals, ultra-violet and high pressure.
6. Less soil compaction, drier furrow.
Install a drip system:
1. A filter installed after the pump is necessary to protect your drip tape from clogging due to contaminants in water supply. The filter must    be cleaned if the pressures between 2 gauges are much different from each other .
2.  A check valve installed after the pump is recommend to protect the pump from any adverse current.
2. Lay the main pipe to farmland and branch lateral pipes across plant lines. Drill holes on lateral pipes then set fittings on the pipes, lock the drip tapes on the fittings. The fittings may be with valve each or may be without valve.
A big valve installed on pipe to regulate all the drip tapes in a farm block is another choice for installing.
3. Lock an end fitting at the end of every drip tape, fix the end fitting and drip tape with a ground fixer.
